Reports are displayed online after they have been published by the laboratory. Please keep your report credentials confidential.
Enter the credentials provided on your receipt.
Use the credentials supplied with your laboratory receipt.
Locate the User ID and Password provided for online report access.
Keep Login As set to Patient and enter your credentials.
Select Sign In to check whether your laboratory reports are published.
Published reports can be viewed, downloaded and printed online.
